Early Intervention

Our experience reveals that “outpatient therapy” often falls short for many struggling teens who resist being labeled as “the problem” and prefer a more personalized approach than the conventional 50-minute weekly office setting. They yearn for conversations at home, walks, or FaceTime interactions.

Parent Coaching

Young Adult Transition
If you have a young adult, you might be asking: Do I continue to pay for her phone, gas for the car, etc.? Do I just let him do his own thing until he figures it out? Is she ever going to be capable of complete independence?
Transitioning into adulthood poses challenges for both parents and young adults, creating tension, frequent arguments, and strained relationships. Whether cohabiting or in independent living situations, navigating the path forward can be awkward and challenging.
